The Macom i-Bra is a high-support post-op bra and is the most supportive post-surgery bra from the Macom Medical range, making it is ideal for larger implants (350cc or larger).
The i-Bra is suitable for anatomical implants and helps prevent implant rotation. It is also Ideal for implants that have been placed underneath the muscle.
Key Features of the Macom i Bra
- The expandable cups will allow the bra to mold to your new chest size whilst stabilising and protecting the breasts as your body heals.
- The double layer design helps support anatomical implants and prevents implant rotation
- It is front fastening for ease of use after your breast procedure
- It is non wired for optimal healing
- All seams are facing outwards to guarantee no snagging or rubbing against any scars or any sensitive skin.
- It is a post-surgery compression bra, wearing compression after your surgery increases your blood circulation, controls pain, minimizes swelling, and reduces the risks associated with surgery.

Please note that the i-bra may not be suitable for breast uplift (mastopexy). This is due to the double layered design around the cups. However the Signature Bra is suitable for this procedure.
Macom Bra Sizing
All Macom bras have expandable cups so the only measurement required is your current underband size as the cups will mold to your new cup size.

Macom bras are made of 90.4% Polyamide and 9.6% Elastane.
Macom bras are 100% latex free.
They are fully breathable, hypoallergenic and do not retain body heat.
Care
The Macom i-bra products should be washed by hand, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. They should be air dried.
Bleach and fabric conditioner should never be used on the products.
Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean the garments as this may lead to permanent alteration of their shape and a loss of elasticity.
Do not remove stains with solvents.
