The PI Plus is a seamless post-operative compression bra ideal for the early recovery phase after breast surgery—including augmentation, reduction, mastopexy, reconstruction, or mammaplasty. Specifically designed for women with larger breast implants (300cc and above), this style offers enhanced support and gentle compression right where it’s needed most.
