Reco Heart Sizing Guide
Find your perfect Reco Bra fit.
Step by step measuring guide and full size chart for the Reco Bra. Sized by band and cup using standard UK bra sizing. If you are unsure, our specialists are here to help.
The Reco Bra is designed for use after any breast surgery including mastectomy, lumpectomy, breast augmentation, reduction and reconstruction. Unlike most post surgery bras, the Reco Bra is sized using standard UK band and cup sizing, making it straightforward to find your fit. You will need two measurements — your underbust for the band size, and your fullest bust measurement to determine the cup.
If you are between sizes, size up on the band. The Reco Bra is designed to be worn during recovery when comfort is essential.
How to Measure
Two measurements to find your size.
Use a soft tape measure and take measurements directly against the skin or over a non-padded, non-wired bra. Stand naturally and breathe out gently before measuring.
Measure around your ribcage directly beneath your breasts. Keep the tape level and snug but not pulled tight. This is your band measurement. Round to the nearest even number — this is your band size (e.g. 34 inches = size 34 band).
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape snug but not tight. Measuring over your bra is fine. This is your bust measurement.
Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. The difference in inches determines your cup size. Use the table below to find your cup.

Reco Bra Size Chart
Once you have your band and cup measurements, use the chart to find your Reco Bra size. The chart shows the full size range available, from 30A through to larger cup sizes, covering most post surgery needs.
If your size falls between two options on the chart, or if you are finding it difficult to measure accurately post surgery, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.
Remember — if you are measuring shortly after surgery, your size may change as swelling reduces over the first few weeks. Some patients find they need a slightly different size at six to eight weeks compared to the immediate post operative stage.
The Reco Bra was developed in partnership with NHS breast care nurses specifically to meet the needs of patients recovering from breast cancer surgery. Its bilateral pockets accommodate a softie or prosthesis from the day of surgery, and its soft construction minimises discomfort against sensitive and healing skin. It is one of our most trusted recommendations for mastectomy, lumpectomy and reconstruction recovery.
The Reco Bra is suitable for recovery after mastectomy, lumpectomy, breast reconstruction, breast augmentation, breast reduction and uplift, and implant removal. Its inclusive sizing and soft construction make it one of the most versatile post surgery bras available.
