The Macom Front Fastening Girdle is an abdominal compression garment with adjustable side fastening.

The Key features of the Macom Front Fastening Girdle are:

  • It has detachable straps and gusset fastening for ease and comfort. 
  • The Key abdominal areas are double skinned to ensure maximum support and comfort.
  • Two rows of hook and eye fastenings so that it can be adjusted once the  swelling subsides.
  • All seams are outward facing ensuring no contact with incisions areas.

Did you know that the use of inserts underneath your compression garment can help to decrease dead space, and facilitate the retraction of the skin and help the scar to heal flat.

     90% Polyamide and 10% elastane
    All Macom garments are 100% latex-free, fully breathable, hypoallergenic, and do not retain body heat.

    Care

    All Macom​ products should be washed by hand, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. They should be air dried.

    Bleach and fabric conditioner should never be used on the products. 

    Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean the garments as this may lead to permanent alteration of their shape and a loss of elasticity.

    Do not remove stains with solvents.
