It is important that the post surgery bra you wear during your recovery is tight enough to provide effective compression but is also comfortable and does not cause you pain or restrict your breathing.

Please measure the widest part of your waist
if you are inbetween sizes we would recommend going for the larger size

Lipoelastic Abdominal Binder Sizing
Please measure the widest part of your waist which is usually 2 inches below your belly button and the widest part of your hips which is usually 7 inches below your belly button.
If you are inbetween sizes we recommend going for the larger size.
