Helen's Story

I'm 77, and still in reasonable health. I have recently married my soul mate. I feel I am so lucky that my cancer was discovered early stage 2.

By having the surgery, it has given me the chance of more time - hopefully years - with the man I love and my family. That's what matters most to me.

Hope and positivity have seen me through these last few months. I had all the information I needed to make my decision, and I'm confident I made the right choice for me and my future.
